      <image:caption>I’m Jasmine, owner of Vivo Health, and a BHSc qualified Naturopath. I am an avid nature enthusiast in love with herbal medicine, based in Perth, Western Australia. Since childhood I have felt fascinated by plant medicine and the wholesome, nutritious food we always had on the family dinner table. After some health challenges as an adult, I adopted a healthy, holistic lifestyle to speed up my recovery and prevent relapse. Studying science and Naturopathy filled me with an insatiable appetite for health knowledge, and a desire to teach others how to optimise their wellbeing. I love to create customised treatment plans with my patients, encompassing evidence-based herbal medicine, nutrition, supplements and lifestyle modification regimes. Working together is always a collaboration, and treatment plans are unique to your needs. Naturopathy treats the person as a whole, with as little disturbance to the body as possible. Discovering the root cause of issues rather than just addressing symptoms, is vital for restoring us to stable health.</image:caption>
